Here at Liora Labs we strive to give our customers the quick shipping times and immaculate customer service as we believe that is the most important thing for any online-based company.
Our shipping can generally be separated into two parts:
PROCESSING TIME:
Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time refers to the time your Liora Labs products take from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep.
For all US order, shipping times are business 5-10 days. International shipping times may be longer. Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are ordering from.
Our shipping times are averaged from our last 10,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can.
All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent within 24 - 72 hours. If you have not received your tracking number within this time-frame, please reach out to our customer support team at liorabrandhelp@gmail.com :)
NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state/country, shipping times may be delayed due to global shipping constraints.
