Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, please contact us immediately at liorabrandhelp@gmail.com.

In these cases, we will provide either a replacement at no cost or a full refund.

For claims under a Warranty or Lifetime Protection plan, photo and/or video proof of the issue is required to be eligible for a replacement.

Please note: Defective or damaged product claims must be reported within 3 to 5 days of delivery to be eligible. Claims submitted after this window may not qualify.

Standard Refund Requests

For all other refund requests, customers must first contact our support team at liorabrandhelp@gmail.com to apply.

To qualify for a refund, the request must be made within 90 days of delivery and the customer must have used the product daily for a minimum of 30 days (15 minutes per day). We are confident that consistent daily use will lead to noticeable improvement. If after 30 days of consistent use you are still unsatisfied, we are happy to assist.

Minimum: 30 days of use Best: 45 days Ideally: 60 days as part of your daily routine


Two Refund Options

If you qualify for a refund, you have two options to choose from.

Option 1 — Partial Refund (Keep the Product)

You can receive a partial refund back to your original payment method and keep the product. There is no need to deal with the hassle of shipping anything back. Whether you continue using it, pass it along to a friend or family member, or simply hold onto it is completely up to you. To be eligible for Option 1, your request must be made within 90 days of delivery. Once you opt for a partial refund, we can no longer accept your return for a full refund.

Option 2 — Full Refund (Return the Product)

If you are certain you want a full refund and have a valid reason, you may return the product to our international fulfillment warehouse. We understand this can be an inconvenience, but because we have customers all around the world such as in Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA, that is where our return warehouse is located. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A valid tracking number must be provided and refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please do not return the product without first consulting our support team. Packages returned to the incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.

For the following situations, we are only able to offer an instant 30% cash refund back to your original payment method. You keep the product with no return necessary.

Change of Mind: All purchases are considered final except in valid cases. Customers must genuinely try the product and use it consistently before qualifying for a full refund. A change of mind alone does not qualify for a full refund.

Health Conditions: We provide clear information throughout our sales process regarding conditions that may not be compatible with our products. Refund requests solely related to pre-existing medical conditions are not eligible for a full refund.

Sizing or Fit Issues: Due to the product information and disclaimers provided throughout our sales process, orders that do not meet sizing or fit expectations are not eligible for a full refund.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at liorabrandhelp@gmail.com as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours after placing your order.

Once an order is in our system it cannot be edited and we cannot always stop fulfillment once it has begun. If we are able to cancel before shipment you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to do so, you may return the order using the process outlined above.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure your full and correct shipping address is entered at checkout before completing your order. Liora Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if: The request is submitted outside the 90 day window The product was not used as instructed or the 30 day usage requirement was not met The customer does not complete the required support or return process The issue is related to shipping delays once the order has shipped Warranty purchases are non-refundable once purchased


Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact our support team directly before filing a chargeback or dispute. We are always happy to resolve concerns quickly when contacted first.
